We are Delta Dental Premier Members, which allows us many of the Delta Dental plans. As a courtesy to you we will bill your insurance company. Since we are not involved in the contract with your employer and insurance provider we do the best we can to provide you with an estimated co‑payment before treatment is rendered. You are responsible for any remaining balance that your insurance does not cover.
