Meet Soft Touch Dentistry's Family Dentist

Dr. Andrew Owyoung has over 20 years experience in the family practice dentistry field. He works hard to provide the best treatment and preventative care possible as well as helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable during appointments.

Dr. Owyoung is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco, class of 1988 where he graduated near the top of his class. He is a current member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society. He was born and raised here in Sacramento, and is now proud to raise a family of his own here as well.

Dr. Owyoung has continued with his education and his passion for dentistry. He donates his services to Women's Empowerment, a non‑profit organization that helps educate homeless women. His interests reach beyond dentistry and he finds time for fishing and many other outdoor activities.

Patients who visit Dr. Owyoung truly experience a different kind of dentist. He is a very compassionate and understanding dentist who believes communication is key to reducing patient fears and concerns about their dental health and treatments.
